PSR Labs Ltd · Evidence

What can be proved today, and how every result will be.

PSR Labs Ltd has no completed client engagements yet, so this page has no case studies or testimonials. Instead it sets out what you can check for yourself now, a worked example of the method, and the standard every future result will be published to, including results that miss.

Every engagement is listed here from the day it starts, and stays listed whatever the outcome.

  1. Baseline first. Profit, lock-up, recurring share and the other levers are measured from the practice’s own records before any change is made.
  2. Every action listed, including those the practice chose not to make.
  3. Result measured the same way, using the definitions on the Programme page, from invoices, agreements and contracts, not estimates.
  4. Checked by the client. The practice owner confirms the figures in writing before anything is published.
  5. Published whatever the outcome, anonymised unless the practice agrees to be named, with the guarantee refund stated if one was paid.

This is a hypothetical practice, not a client. It shows how the diagnostic and the review turn a practice’s figures into pounds, using the same formulas and assumptions as the free diagnostic.

What the numbers say

Fee drift
£650,000 × 3% × 2 = £39,000 a year
Cash in lock-up
£650,000 × 85 ÷ 365 = £151,400
Fees lost to churn
£650,000 × 7.5% = £48,750 a year
Indicative value
0.8–1.2 × £357,500 recurring = £286,000–£429,000
At 75% recurring
£390,000–£585,000

Assumptions: fees drift about 3% a year behind costs when not raised; lock-up is debtor days plus WIP days; value uses 0.8× to 1.2× recurring fees, a range commonly quoted for small UK practice sales. Real offers depend on profit, retention, location and owner dependence. A review replaces these assumptions with the practice’s own records.

Without case studies, the guarantee does the work that proof would otherwise do. If the measured annual profit improvement is below twice the fee, the shortfall is refunded, up to the fees paid. The conditions and definitions are on the Programme page.
